Info: The Lake of the Ozarks Shootout is THE largest unsanctioned boat race in the United States, with fantastic speeds of 178+ M.P.H within 1 mile. It has an average estimated turnout of approx. 60,000 spectators! It is an annual benefit for the Lake Area Rescue Teams, Habitat for Humanity, and other charitable organizations and businesses with 2009 being the 20th annivesary. You must come see this fantastic event!
